With all the problems in Australia with Unions and workplace laws is it time to set up overseas, do shipyards overseas face less problems from their workforce?
It just seems like the days of offering a carton of beer at the end of the week if they work harder and longer for no extra pay are slipping away now.
Bring back the good old days.....
